  • Hashpa’a comes from the Hebrew root שפע/shefa, meaning flow. Mystically, shefa is understood as the Flow of Divinity into our world, and hashpa’a—which means “to influence” in modern Hebrew—as the influencing of Divine Flow into our lives. At its core, my practice of hashpa’a/spiritual accompaniment is one of deep listening and posing questions for discernment in whatever YOU consider your spiritual life! It is consensual not prescriptive; inquisitive not didactic. You can talk, sing or move; I’ll witness, reflect and remain curious with you. Occasionally, I’ll suggest a practice—always tested by me!—as a way of deepening your process or our inquiry together. I am also trauma-trained, and am sensitive to the ways this can show up in our lives. Sessions are monthly to allow for this subtle modality to work its way through your life. Let’s book a free 30 minute inquiry session to see if we’re the right fit!

  • As children of the ’90s, the web matters to us. We are heart-driven. We are artists and musicians. We are writers. We are parents of young children. We care. We talk through things.

We are trying to build a “lifestyle business” for ourselves. We have families and communities, and we want to see them and do stuff with them as much as we can. We also want to support them materially by doing work that we love, and making websites is the work we love most.
