Human Resources

We support your growth by helping you hire employees and contractors, manage vendor payments, and navigate compliance. Eligible projects can also access payroll and benefits services.

Accounting & Financial Management

We offer 24/7 online access to your project’s finances—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and grants management—so you can manage all of the details easily and efficiently.

Coaching & Connection

We offer personalized coaching and strategic support, and connect you with a vibrant network of leaders and projects for learning, connection, and collective growth.

Sponsorship Models & Rates

  • Model C

    Model C is a basic disbursement model. This model is for emerging and established projects who can manage most of their accounting and compliance.

    6% Administrative Rate

    - Access to basic fiscal sponsorship services.

    - Limited access to financial management platform including donation links and disbursement payouts.

  • Model C+

    Model C+ is a disbursement model with extra perks for vendor payment and expense management. This model is for emerging and established projects.

    7% Administrative Rate

    - Comprehensive access to many fiscal sponsorship services.

    - Full access to financial management platform including donation links, vendor payments, expense cards and grants management.

    - Access to vendor payments and 1099 services.

  • Model A

    Model A is our most comprehensive sponsorship model, designed for established projects with steady revenue sources and at least one employee.

    8% Administrative Rate

    - Comprehensive access to all fiscal sponsorship services.

    - Full access to financial management platform including donation links, vendor payments, expense cards and grants management.

    - Access to payroll services including insurance and retirement benefits.
