Liana Wertman (she/her) is the founder and Executive Director of The Torah Studio. Torah Studio has enabled her to teach Torah to thousands of students around the world, including with HUC, My Jewish Learning, Judaism UnBound, and BCI. She’s a graduate of HUC-JIR Rhea Hirsch School of Education (MEdL, ‘22) and an alumna of Pardes , Yarshrut’s Classic Talmud Program, SVARA’s Pedagogy Chabura. Liana lives in Idyllwild, California with her husband, Joe, and spends her time reading, making art, and walking in the woods.
