beloved supports spiritual leaders who are creating and sustaining new spaces of sacred belonging. we have extensive experience with these burgeoning leaders and have developed a unique alchemy of spiritual, emotional, administrative, and tactical support.

beloved program

this methodology includes:

  • beloved seeds

    a year-long course in creating a new project through the lens of beloved values, taught monthly by beloved leaders, Rabbi Sara Luria and Kohenet Keshira haLev Fife.

  • beloved blossoms

    a year-long cohort experience alongside Seeds, facilitated monthly by facilitators who share beloved’s values.

    • one 90 min reflection circle/month - date/time TBD by group

    • one chevruta/month (paired conversation)

    • two 1:1 sessions with facilitator over the year

    a network of beloved leaders who gather in-person and online to learn together and support one another as they deepen and strengthen their work and leadership.

    at beloved, we offer wrap-around organizational support, such as fiscal sponsorship, trainings, mentorship, accounting, bookkeeping, and more. this support is part of our practice of providing spiritual leaders and their projects with individualized care and attention just as they do for those they serve.

meet beloved’s executive director

sara luria (she/her) is a rabbi, founder, and, at her best, cultivator of ideas and dreams. She is currently leading Beloved, a network of spiritual leaders planting new projects and communities, after her 4 years as spiritual leader of Beloved Brooklyn. Prior to Beloved, Sara was the founder and executive director of ImmerseNYC: A Community Mikveh Project, now part of the JCC Manhattan. Sara recently moved from Brooklyn, NY to Northampton, MA with her husband, 3 kids, and their pandemic puppy.
